Swedish Massage
Swedish massage improves circulation, relieves muscle tension and increases mobility, leaving you in a deeply relaxed, stress-free state.

Morpho-Lymphatic Massage
This massage therapy induces a deep state of relaxation and promotes renewed energy and ease of movement while stimulating the circulation of blood and lymphatic system. This massage is also considered to be a form of ‘passive exercise,’ which may partially compensate for lack of exercise, and may provide relief for arthritic conditions by improving circulation to joints while reducing inflammation and pain.

Pregnacy Massage
This therapeutic massage focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through various changes of pregnancy. The massage relieves stress on weight bearing joints, assists on maintaining proper posture, reduces swelling and alleviates the lower back pain and discomfort that sometimes takes the joy out of this special time.

Hot Stone Massage
Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy. Smooth, polished Basalt Lava Stones are heated and incorporated with various forms of bodywork to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress, and ease tension.

Sea Salt or Herbal Exfoliation Massage
A full body massaging application of an exfoliating & hydrating scrub to remove dead skin cells and leave the skin smooth and glowing.
